Group Mentoring

This is increasingly becoming the most popular service because it's simple and effective. Organisations get a group of managers together in a meeting facilitated by James.  Each manager comes prepared with a people-related challenge that currently exists within the team.  Using a mixture of facilitation and brainstorming, James helps the managers to come up with potential solutions, and also provides many of his own practical and easy-to-implement ideas, too.
